I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights with my mom. It was a pleasant experience. Pros: 1)Hot water available for bath 2)Warm blankets were provided 3)The hotel is located in Tallital, 3 KMS from Mall Road 4) The owner Mr.Paliwal, is modest and extremely helpful. Whenever we needed any help or advice, he was ready to help 5)Television was available, my mom could watch her Crime Patrol and Zee TV at night :D 6)Whenever we wanted the room to be cleaned, we could just inform Mr.Paliwal, and he sent sweepers to clean our room 7)Free wifi Cons: 1)Food is quite expensive, so you can go outside to have it rather than including it in your package 2)The hotel is located at a height, so it involves a steep climb, making it difficult to reach by foot We hired a Scooty to visit Nainital, and it was sent to us at our hotel.

The venue of the hotel is at a posh area and the view is mesmerizing. The service offered by Mr. paliwal and Naveen was great. Overall of you want real peace then this is the place to stay. Not much decorated like other hotels but the hospitality is A1. Just one thing to remember the hotel is in a bit higher position from the lake so you might need to take your vehicle or the taxi to that place which may charge extra. Else you can walk towards the lake but the way is too steep.

Nice location, ambient atmosphere. hotel staffs are very friendly. The view from deluxe rooms are awesome, specially sunrise. The hotel is slightly apart from busy Tallital bus stand, but the hotel authority offer free drop and pick up facility from bus stand. No disturbance, nice rooms, hot water facility. Complete peace of mind when you sit on the balconies and watch the sunrise. Great view of mountains, no obstacle, no chaos...........

we have visited Nainital with 2 husband and wife at 12 may 2017 and had booked 2 bedded 2 room in green leaf hotel .this hotel is on top 250 meter from mall road walking but hotel provides pick facilities .so no worries about the distance . green leaf hotel staff is very friendly ,hotel owners is very nice person and specially mr.pankaj car driver is very cooperative and a nice person to guide us for everything.

Very pleasant atmosphere, no disturbance, complete rest of health and mind. Nice to see the sunrise from balcony and clouds covering the hotel. Pickup and drop facility of hotel is available, so no need to worry about the slight distance from the busy chaotic Tallital Bus stand. People can enjoy loneliness in nature, complete peaceful are, hotel amenitis are also nice.

Hotel provide us pickup facilities. Mr. pankaj is a good person. hotel provide us hot water for drinking any time and hotwater for bathing. The kitchen was very delicious and cheap also.The first day at Nainital was awesome.We enjoyed aalu paratha, pyaj paratha with curds. The location of hotel is very good. Tallital is one of the main locations of Nainital.

Nice location, beautiful view, awesome sunrise seen from balcony. rooms are nice, facility of hot water, drop and pick to tallital bus stand. Anyone can spent time just sitting in the balconies of the deluxe rooms. Specially the clouds are covering the hotel, that is awesome experience.

I enjoyed my stay alot here... as per the price point it was the fantastic stay. The staff here is very courteous & trained. Would surely recommend this hotel if you are looking for a budget friendly stay. Once again thanks to the hotel manager for the gestures.

Good for the sunrise view, hill view. very good experience on the accommodation. management is very supportive. breakfast is good. it's walkable for the fit person for naini lake. elderly people have to take 2.5 kms car ride.

it's a decent and quiet place to stay..hotel staff is courteous and very helpful...just a word of advice.. if you are coming by cab.. take a drop at doorsteps of hotel or carry convenient luggage to walk easily to hotel..premise.
