Pros- The hotel staff was very polite and helpful. They provided extra time for checkout because we had checkin late and requested for extra time. All facilities very provided. Clean rooms. Food order can be delivered to your room directly. Room was spacious. Owner and staff were really polite.Very near to central railway station (550m). Will definitely come and stay here again. Cons- The only issues i found were: room has window which is open without no grill, and it was covered with curtain. We felt little unsafe with that, please make sure that is rectified. Washroom has hand shower with water leaking. At the end we had small problem with the lift and my grand father was little worried.

Clean Rooms & Toilets. I had booked 3 bedded room which was slightly compact compared to three persons stay but not too small, it's manageable. Staff is very co operative, attentive & always smiling ☺️. Hotel very close to Chennai Central railway, metro & local stations hence very convenient location to travel easily to any part of the city. Cabs & Autos are easily available. Overall it was a nice stay.

My experience at the hotel Greens Gate was truly exceptional and unlike other hotels I’ve been at. Definitely would recommend to stay at this hotel. Room service was great and the complimentary breakfast filled my stomach. Thank you for giving such a nice experience at the Greens Gate Hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at Greens Gate Hotel in Chennai. The location is incredibly convenient, especially for travelers arriving by train, as it's just a short distance from Chennai Central Railway Station. Greens Gate is a fantastic choice. Highly recommended!
