Hotel location is good nearby all visiting places, rooms are clean and hygiene. Caretaker Kumarswamy was very helpful in all the ways as on when hot water was required he did provide which was very helpful considering the Ooty temperature been very cool. Considering strict instructions from the owner of the property that hot water will only be provided between 6-9 AM early morning which was very unethical from owner point of view and no wifi to for use then to have given rating of 5 just for helpfulness of Kumarswamy we were able to spend vacation peacefully.

We overall had an amazing experience at Greenyards. It is located at close proximity front the main city. It’s also located at close proximity to tourist attractions such as the botanical garden, dodabetta peak, wax world and tea factory. The hotel provided us with tasty home cooked food on pre ordering. Hot water was available 24/7. The rooms were clean and spacious . Would definitely recommend this to family and friends. Hospitality, food , service

The place was really good, easy to locate and value for money. Mr. kumar swamy was such an amazing hostc he was with help always. There was a delay in hot water supply in the morning, but when we called him, he instatnly came and fixed it. Parking space also there. There was a really good restaurent nearby. Its a family friendly atmoshphere with facilities. Its pretty close to city and to get necessary things when kids are with us

Parking is not that much area little more space will be often its should be good. Night outing cannot be possible they closed the door after 11pm .The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and walkable to botanical garden.
