We liked the hotel very much. nice hotel. good ambiance. rooms are spacious and clean. there hospitality is good. each and every staff is very humble and cooperative. there moto is your complete satisfaction. the food is good. if you are planning then take breakfast and lunch/dinner in your package which is worth it.

A coolest hotel at the center of sholinganallur is just wow. Be it a stay or business meet, i always do at citadines. Citadine is MY HOME AWAY FROM HOME. No other hotels give such a feel of being home and the staffs are too friendly and their service is as quick as the door bell.

The staffs were very professional and rooms were very spacious and value for money. some packages also come with access to swimming pool, spa and gym. the room service was also very good. overall it was a pleasant experience.

They were good.. The aisle pathway to the rooms and the silence of the property..Teamaker and milkpowder everything was cool. The Place of Serenity. But the biriyani was so overpriced which couldnt meet its real standards

it was one day stay. check in and check out experience was very smooth. reception staff is good. room was spacious and toilet was clean. breakfast buffet spread was good and tasty.

the bed linen should be more clean. for 3.5k per day cleanliness is definitely expected. only this part was bad. otherwise the overall stay was satisfactory
