very bad experience of this hotel. As I have to stay for just one day in Agra I made a call to hotel manager one day prior to my stay that my programme now changed and I will be leaving on the same day. so I made a request to him to provide me two towels as we are two persons. When we reached this hotel it was a horrible experience for us. The room of the hotel which was provided to us was very dirty, worst and in hygienic. Anyhow I managed it because I told him that I am leaving on the same day. Later I asked him to provide me two towels as we were two persons he denied and gave me only one. Then I made a call to the owner of this hotel and remind him what I told him yesterday on phone so anyhow he agreed. The owner of this hotel is shri Mittal and he and his manager both are very rude and have no manners at all. One very embarrassing instance happened with me that when I was in bathroom the room boy knocked the door repeatedly so I thought that there may be some emergency and I immediately came from the bathroom and asked him what is the matter he said nothing just he wanted to show this room to another customer. I got very angry to hear this and made a complaint to the manager but he was very normal and relaxed. This is a very worst hotel and I will not suggest anybody to stay in this hotel.........

One of the thirdclass hotel I have ever stayed. when u ask for lunch or dinner, they will redirect u to the nearby market or dhaba. bathroom facility(broken indian pan n flush is not working) and water facility is worst. The charging points inside the room is not in working condition. No Towel or Soap(just informing as an horrible experience, though we have carried by our own) was provided. The guy always ask for tips, once u give the tips, he will not recognise you.

Budget hotel, Online booking is far better than offline. One day offline cost is more than ..... but it is more budgetary on online mode which is ...range. I paid ....one day offline and ....for three day online. Overall hotel and staff is too good and management is also very friendly.

Hotel harish palace is nice and neat and clean hotel. It arond 15min walking distance to agra cant railwAy station. Hotel staff person behavior is nice. Its really good to stay.

Hotel is clean and neat and staff is also good. Near to agra CANTT railway station. Everything is economical right from tea to dinner. Good for family and couples.

Towel was tearing even after asking for change they said loundry is delaied mosquito were in room but the provided goodnight refill still no effect due to duct.
