our recent stay at haze & kites was truly a slice of paradise. from the moment we arrived, the staff's warmth and attentiveness were exceptional. every interaction, from check-in to dining, was met with genuine smiles and a willingness to go the extra mile. the resort's design seamlessly blends luxury with the natural beauty of the surrounding landscape. the infinity pool was a highlight, offering breathtaking panoramic views that stretched out to the horizon. swimming as the sun began to dip below the water was an unforgettable experience. speaking of sunsets, they were simply spectacular. each evening, we were treated to a vibrant display of colors that painted the sky, best enjoyed from our balcony or the poolside. the resort's location is perfectly positioned to capture these stunning moments. the accommodations were luxurious and impeccably clean, and the dining options were superb, showcasing fresh, local ingredients. but it was the combination of the impeccable service, the mesmerizing sunsets, and the stunning infinity pool that truly set haze &kites apart. we left feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and eager to return. highly recommended for anyone seeking a truly memorable getaway.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Haze and Kites, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The resort itself is beautiful, offering stunning views and a serene atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The facilities were top-notch, with comfortable rooms, great dining options, and plenty of activities to enjoy. What made the experience even more special was the outstanding service from the staff. A special shoutout to Tony and Sachin, who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. They were attentive, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. Their personal touch really made a difference and made us feel incredibly well-cared for throughout our stay. I would highly recommend Haze and Kites to anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious escape.

Excellent hospitality from the arrival till check out. Everyone there were humble and ready to offer help to the maximum to fulfil the customer satisfaction. We really loved the trip because of the resort that we chose to stay. The issues were, the resort was very far from the city and they got limited menu. But the customer service and the spacious room with great view and jacuzzi facilities overtakes the cons. It was a wonderful stay and we loved it so much. We'll definitely visit the place again and we're happy to recommend it to others.

Pros: 1. View 2. Helpful and cooperative staff.cons: 1. location, far from the main town 2. limited food menu for vegetarians.Overall I would recommend this hotel for people who need a peaceful stay with amazing views of lush green mountains and not for people who are for one day visit as it is far away from the main city so the taxi service will be costly for you for sightseeing.

We had a wonderful stay at Haze and Kites this week. The resort is located on a hillside with beautiful gardens, spacious and clean rooms, scenic views and more. The hotel has excellent service . We very much enjoyed a quiet morning in the infinity pool. We can highly recommend this place and would love to visit again some day

It is a cost effective resort. located slightly far from munnar, but still has a great potential to be a top one. Amenities are far better than expected. the room n the ambience is very dull n dark. the room description says garden facing view, but the truth it s backside facing. only 4 rooms have good view with hefty charges..not worth for the money demanded. maximum this property is 4.5-5k worth not more than that. restaurant food is average.

Hotel is too good and well maintained, staffs are very friendly when i asked the sight seeing details they clearly explained all the details to me and they suggested some good places too. For a families its best place to stay i would strongly recommend this place based on my experience.

It was an amazing experience at Haze and Kites. The views from the resort are mesmerising. The hospitality offered by the resort is beyond par. The staff is so friendly and kind. We enjoyed our stay very much here. Fully recommended for family visit.
