Beautiful property. we booked our stay for 2 nights, it was a last minute booking. The room which we got initially was not that great but the hotel staffs were too kind to shift us to a better room, the next day. The room was beautiful, mountain and river facing, centrally heated, ample hot water. Cozy and perfect for a winter stay. The food was good. The Breakfast is sumptuous with all kind of options. The hotel is at a prime location. They hotel staff would arrange for cab to betab and aru Valley. The property is huge so one can roam around within the property. They have an entrance to the river Bank as well. overall nice and comfortable stay.

It was really excellent, enjoyable staying and received warm welcome from hotel Heevan Pahalgam manager Mr. Sharif and very co-operative with us, they had upgrade our 1 room from deluxe to sweet deluxe river view room out of 3 deluxe room because my brother-in- law was having marriage anniversary on 22nd Dec. Vegetarian food was really mind blowing delicious specially breakfast is really awesome there are lots of variety in vegetarian food and breakfast, I request kindly don't miss the breakfast. I suggest everyone to stay at hotel heevan pahalagam plz. don't miss it and I will also visit again

Mr. Imtiaz Raina helped us with whatever way possible to make our stay comfortable. Excellent location, food, staff and amenities. There's an Italian restaurant in the premises which serves great choice of pizzas. Would certainly recommend. Family of 4 should not opt for standard room. Room 126 and 127, though forest facing are with a backyard and comfortable for families.

Breathtaking Views of Snow Capped Mountains and Lidder River from Hotel Heevan made my stay Memorable. The food was delicious, Staff Behaviour was very humble and polite. Comfortable Rooms and Dining Area. Overall, experience was simply awesome and absolutely worth my time, energy, and money😍😇

beautiful place to stay. standard room size is compact and view is quite average.staff behaviour is corporate and helpful. breakfast was quite average. they can definitely improve on it.property is next to a beautiful river which makes the stay totally worth.cafe wilo is a gem place.

Absolutely beautiful property. Great location, great view. Only reason it's not a 5 rating is because food was very very average. Pizza base was not cooked. Also kindly note heritage room does not have river view and some rooms are located outside the main building (2 rooms).

Managers at the front desk were very kind to allot one of the best rooms with a view. Staff was very courteous & helpful.Room was neat & clean with central heating . Location is a plus point,close to nature.Running river , snow covered mountains were very eye pleasing.

Stayed with family 2 rooms family suite on 3rd floor Excellent location, awesome dinner breakfast also good, front desk staff very helpful other staff expect tips for every work overall very good highly recommended and would love to stay again for 2-3 nights

Best hotel I ever stayed. one side river, other side forest, third side hill with snow, 4 th side park. Best location. I will definitely come to this place at least once in a year. Hotel staff too much cooperative.

Good place to stay and without fail best location. Best part is the courteous staff they have and Local sight seeing Cabs can be booked by Hotel.Its cheap and easiest way to do sight seeing.Worth every penny.

Location is amazing, on the banks of lider river in Pahalgam. The view is amazing though the rooms need to be upgraded compared to the tariff. Must stay here if you are in Pahalgam.
