The hotel is situated at the juncture of the Ruby Hospital and Ballygunge area. All modes of transportation are available,Biswa Bangla Sarani is passing nearby, and all the food delights are available in walking distance. The hotel's cleanliness is good but the bed could have been more comfortable. The springs were making a noise. We had 3 rooms and AC of 2 out of them were taking time to chill the room
