Reconsider before booking this hotel. 1.)No power back up (daily power cut in the valley, rain seasons can see full day power cuts). 2.) Drinking water will be on chargeable basis. 3.) Hot water for bath will be on chargeable basis. 4.) No mattress will be given for triple occupancy room. 5.) Not a friendly staffs. 6.) If there is power cut, you don't even get a mug of water for toilet use. You Wil end up using tissue papers to clean.

we have booked the 900rs room, but after going they have upgraded our room and there is a triple bed. The room was amazing and staff is also behaving very politely. it's completely a family hotel. Family and Girls can stay here because it is very safe and good. So, I prefer to stay here again we like the rooms, location.

this was the condition of my room they said we only give this room to the guest,we went araku to celebrate our anniversary but the condition of the room was worst then i have ever stayed in hotelseven after complaining still they didint change our roomand it was late night so didnt had any option

This is a fantastic hotel & the room I stayed in was very comfy & their services were very satisfactory as well & their staffs were very courteous as well. Though the food is not available but it wasn't a problem as we had it outside somewhere else. My overall stay over here was great.

Thumbs up .... I got a discounted deal online. It was a good stay. No issue with the cleanliness and hygiene of the property. Service could have been better. Location is very good near to market.

The rooms are clean and simple, comfortable to stay. There are ample space for parking personal vehicles. The caretaker are friendly and good security service.

Location was nice. Food quality was not good. Staff had language barrier due to which guests had problem . No generator was there. Overall not a nice stay.

Price is more but room is not clean all insects spread across the bed. Not worth for the price. Bath rooms are not clean. Bedsheets given are not clean

everything was good but there is no generator if there is a power cut, we were having power cut about one hour and there was no generator

Rooms were good but had mosquitoes. Staff was polite and obedient. Food was good. Location was very nice. Very happy and satisfied.
