After going through many apps and reviews, booked this hotel located between Pachgani and Mahabaleshwar as we were traveling by car. The service is very good. Clean and Hygienic rooms. Hot water is available in morning. Restaurant is available and serves coffee, tea anytime. Food quality is good as per rates. Parking is available and room for drivers also. The view from balcony is best. As per name, it's on top of hills. You can see clouds travelling below from balcony. Mobile network available easily. WiFi is not that fast. Situated in calm area. No disturbances of any parties. Safe and secure. Overall the service is good. Recommended for families.

Rooms are very specious and very good housekeeping, hygienic, bathrooms are also specious very neat and clean available hot water, all staff is very friendly and and ready to serve you , the break fast quality and quantity very good and as per your choice they served, dinner is also good and homely environment , highly recommend for stay during Mahabaleshwar tour. We stayed two nights and 3rooms was booked. Very reasonable price and just 300 metres away from main road, mountain view. Thanks to Hill top House management for making our trip remembering event.

nice hotel with all the basis amenities at affordable price. located on hills of panchgani mahabaleshwar road. it has restaurant with variety of food options. food was delicious and affordable. staff behaviour was so friendly. smooth check-in and check-out process. rooms were lavish and clean. overall it was amazing stay.

Amazing stay, rooms are neat and clean. House staff is very polite and co-operative. They have a kitchen and a restaurant which servers very good food. Valley view from the balcony is amazing. Highly recommended for a pleasant and peaceful stay.
