Perfect 10/10 experience. booked dhauladhar view room for 3 nights for my parents and it was an absolute pleasure.newly built.location easily accessible, market next to hotel and main bus stand ( 1-1.5kms approx). hotel check inn, room and toilet cleanliness, bed comfort, and view from room all perfect 10/10. in house restaurant serves delicious food and worth it..amazing rooftop view..ample parking space..taxi and tours available at front desk..and special mention about the amazing staff especially the very helpful manager for his amazing hospitality.. completely satisfied.will visit again. thanks for the lovely stay :) Highly recommended..

This is one of the best experience that I had. The hotel staff is very cooperative and helpful. I reached early around 8 am and although they didn't had a vacant room. They gave me a vacant( room which was higher than what i booked) to get refreshed and everything. Smooth Checkin, no hassle... they also upgraded my room for free of cost. very nice view .. even from balcony of Ekant rooms, the cleanliness was amazing. The managers were very well at support and communication. even recommended a paragliding partner at Bir billing. Location is prime .. 800 meters from main market/Subhash chowk, and on Dharmshala road, near good tea estates and Neugal khad. I highly recommend this place.

It was a nice stay at Hotel Himalaya Inn, Palampur. The staff are very helpful and cooperative. Good amenities. The best part is the AC with the hot option. Little bit disappointed due to the location of the hotel. Good mountain view from the room and terrace. But it is located in the middle of the locality. Rest all are very good.
