The room was pretty cosy with a good AC. The bathroom was quite nice. The host was humble and polite. The wifi was fast, though I am not a fan of high speed wifi as mobile phones are making humans slaves. The rooftop was good for morning yoga. Boy, this city sure is windy. I love it. The host doesn't offer food but that's okay. He does offer refreshments. The hotel is located inside the fort which is a bonus. How many people can say they have lived in a fort? Hmm stay here. The vibe inside the fort is something else. This is my second time in Jaisalmer. I am in love. Best eateries: Neelkanth Bhojnam near petrol pump (must try), a fruit shake and juice shop located near 1st gate hotel.

According to price the room was not satisfactory. NEGATIVES: Room Heater was not available. Geyser was not properly working. It takes too much time to hot the water. TV was available but without recharge, So no entertainment in room. Room service is null & void. Drinking water is not available. No food available. You have to visit at other restaurants for food. POSITIVES : The owner uncle was good natured & cooperative. Common Wi-fi was available in building. Safety is okayishh.

Hotel owner Mr. Upendra Vyas is a very helpful and kind person. He helped me with genuine recommendations and directions to various places and some good restaurants as well. All the major attractions like the palace and temples are nearby to this hotel. The property is well maintained and clean. The roof-top view is a bonus. Overall, highly recommended if you want to stay in Jaisalmer Fort.

hotel located inside fort. car can reach inside upto dashera chawk. owner Mr upendra vayas is very friendly and helpful person, we arrived around 9 pm , he received us personally arranged bengali vegetarian food as per our request for dinner. walking inside fort are is lovely experience. our stay was comfortable.

Himmat Niwas is inside the fort that is why you need not to hire any vehicle. You can access to many points inside the fort on your foot. Hotel room & bathroom are adequate size and very clean. Recommendable.

This is a most worst hotel that i have stayed in my life. Rooms are so small. No space to move in the room. Hotelier is very helpful.
