The hotel was very neat and clean. Hygiene was well maintained. Great kudos to staff who was very enthusiastic, helpful and polite. Many hotels have staff working for the sake of it but this hotel staff was truly involved to provide the service. Right from watchman, guest service, cook, food area, delivery service, every person here was really really helpful. Thank you very much to the staff, really thankful for your service and help. The breakfast was superb with multiple varieties and changes daily. Staff was helpful to guide us during the breakfast. Very wonderful hotel. Thank you.

Out of all the budget/business hotels that I have stayed in, this was probably my favourite hotel to stay in. The rooms are small but are very cozy and very neat. The staff is very professional and supportive and the service is very prompt. I am a frequent visitor of Hyderabad and this has definitely become my go to hotel for all my next visits. Keep up the good work Holiday Inn Express team !
