Booking was denied by the hotel even after full advance payment. I didn't check-in at 12 PM standard time as I went to my office first. Just before I was about to leave for the Hotel, I received a call that they can arrange an accomodation to an alternate property as they had overbooked their own hotel. I had no other option but to go there as it was 9 PM in the night and I was new to the city. The alternate hotel is really shady with no facilities such as no kettle, no charging point near the bed, no hangers and hopeless staff. I urge everyone not to book this hotel.

Amenities was not up to the mark. Things like towel and curtain were not cleaned. Staff was not co-operative as they forgot to bring food ordered by us.

Had a fantastic stay! The staff was incredibly kind and supportive, making my visit truly enjoyable. Great service and spotless rooms—highly recommend!
