1. Pot seat was broken 2. door lock not working 3. bathroom lock hole covered by a paper sheet 4. room are smelling 5. Food menu those are mention in hotel menu. They are not provide just they have tea and after that they have a word “we don’t have ‘ we don’t have’. 6. the photos you show at the time of booking. They pushed me to take another room with hire price and finally they won to took more 2000 rs from me. 7. they don’t provide any shower kit or welcome kit. After 2-3 time asking about handwash they gave me small soap.

It was an worst stay at this hotel. Room was smelling too bad, Bedsheet was dirty and was having stains, tv was not working, no telephone was available in the room, curtains were dirty and in torn condition, toiletry was not there even breakfast which they provided was worst, coffee glasses were smelling, coffee provided in dirty kettle. They charged around and provided the worst service ever.

No hygine, very bad smell in the room, horrible view from balcony, staff not cooperative. This is very strange. No easy checkout as lots of car behind your car stuck you inside.Only plus point is hotel just adjcent to Mall road.

We don’t have any photo the amenity was not that up to take pictures The hotel room was so smelly and the bed sheets blankets pillows were smelling so badly We were asleep all the night due to bad smell and untidy atmosphere

Howard is a nice property.. they have just open a bar on roof top .add on for a property.. Howard has become a centre of attraction in middle of the mall road.. over it was a nice stay
