Being a star hotel I expected much, but little disappointments like, where the room was too small and looks like a 1st class coupe. Very little menu that too hopeless, taste was very very average. Staffs are behaving good... In one word " not worth for money ". Remoly located we can't find any shops near by. AC and remote was not working properly, Most of the time I feel suffocation. One small request to hotel management kindly provide a fan in each room. AC won't make anyone comfort at all times.

some staff in reception like namely as abhimanyu very rude behaviour and one more guy in reception they are all working in as a frontend they all are very rudely behaviour .with client.. after giving complaint to manager they personally rectified my issue regarding room.. but in this hotel room are very small. cleaning is ok .. food is ok.. staff not supportive at all.

the ambience and the environment of the hotel was pleasurable. theme based rooms, good services on top, plus the quick check in was an active add on that i enjoyed. got to the food, as the buffet was amazing that too in affordable rates. over-all superb stay

Stay was good. only issue faced was for each and all payments related to dine and laundry needs to paid separately after each use. also they don't have soft copy. why don't they bill it against room and pay at once while checkout

Average food but no good restaurants nearby in walkable distance, so better to have it inhouse. A miminal gym available. 2 lifts for 15 floors is big pain and no stair access to individual floors, so forced to take lifts.

The stay was quite good and the room had all the amenities of a star hotel. The staff was well and accomodative, with a hassle free checkin and checkout. The only complaint is regarding the cramped washroom space.

My stay in Ibis hotel .vikhroli West was not good at all. Hospitality and staff behaviour was not appreciable. Very expensive food stuff. Tea 340 . 2 tea+ 2 coffee +2 sandwich cost 1850
