Ilbert Manor has historically feel to it, from wooden floors, decor to old pictures... the ambience, staff, view, rooms all are excellent. Don’t be misled at the approach to the resort. It goes through a narrow road from the mall.. but cars go through it. The resort has their own cars doing the pickup & drop every time one needs to go sightseeing. Moreover the little ride from the Mall Road to Ilbert Manor is exciting in itself. Totally safe.. their drivers are skilled..Saw many bring their own vehicles too. We loved the place & would recommend it.

beautiful property, cooperative staff, wonderful rooms. food is average but not bad. if getting the property under some deal, then just go for it... people with average driving skills might choose to keep thir car in mussuourie common parking as the approach to ilbert manor is really narrow and you have to maintain inch by inch distance from the side walls. But otherwise this is a must "go to" property.

Ilbert Manor is an exiquisite property, perfectly located for convenience. It features a charming vintage minimalistic design and offers breathtaking views. The staff is exceptionally warm and courteous and are quick to respond to any needs. The food that is served is also outstanding in both quality and flavor.

Colonial style heritage property. amazing food and service. Entry road is little narrow but staff is there to help you. Just 100 mtrs from mall road. There is a kid zone and indoor games to keep yourself busy. Would visit again sometime soon. Amazing experience.

The rooms are average but the staff and the manager were not friendly. they have a food menu without rates they are charging according to the rush and season..... I won't reccomend this place to anyone 😡

Hotel is good, service is also good, but reaching to hotel location is a challenge, because, 400 meter way to hotel having sharp curve and slope, but this hotel is old building so you will feel nice.

hotel ilbert manor mousseri ,was very ill maintained .the entrance was just in pitiable condition.pls do not waste your money. the review are all fake i vacated the hotel one day earlier.
