Pathetic experience!First of all they have room categories Ac and Non AC (for which they charge like any other room category , by mistake, I booked a NON AC ROOM (because who would actually think that any hotel which charges would give you a non ac room). However, upon checking with the owner he said he would help us getting an AC ROOM. We reached there and the guy there asked us to pay 1000/- more for AC room. So approximately we made for that room which very SMALL! We could have paid this much and hot a better place but we it was late and we were two girls.The room had only one towel, no water bottles!! This should be the bare minimum. Atleast provide water bottles. When you pay you do not expect such poor service.Moreover, you call up reception no one answers.Then every hotel be it oyo to any 5 star property will give you a call to check if you are checking out but these guys didnt call.Also , they give a complimentary extension of check out time but here they just give you a bill they charge you for an extra 2hrs you took to check out(500/- paid extra for this) .The reception guy SABIR, he is blunt and not even courteous.This is not how hotels work! We stay at hotels every now and then and this is the worst experience we have had.Very disappointed!

hotel good but no food . it will be from outside and lift was not working properly so feel very difficult if we got the room in upper float, rooms also very congested,and king bed occupied so much of space & no space sufficient to move

Hotel rooms have walls soaked in water and causing bad smell. Lots of cockroaches. Building surrounded with drainage hence mosquitoes Though the property is in middle of IT companies.. irony

water quality is a serious concern. black dusty materials found in water. plumbing fittings coming off the walls. cleanliness not upto the mark. no restaurant. not even tea.

They dont provide glasses for drinking water, bed was way too short and uncomfortable that our legs were hanging from the bed,deluxe room is very very small,food not available

comfy and cosy place to stay with cordial staff, had an awesome time staying here. A good place in Gachibowli to stay with family!
