Every thing was mannered. The support staff, house keeping, food staff, etc have been very supportive. Had only non-veg foods, they were up to the expectations. Toilet and bathroom was clean, Decent central A.C. Customer service was best. The support staff and management are an asset to the Hotel. Thanks just 1 thing missing was hair dryer. Maybe I should have called and asked but not required so did not. overall great experience. would love to visit here again..... It was pretty splendid experience. Environment was pleasant and peaceful. enjoyed the pool. Day spent well

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had breakfast. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable with presiuos view. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future..

Very great and convenient location. Very good spacious rooms. Great service staff eager to please. This is the first time I am staying in this during my numerous trips to Mumbai. The only thing that needs big improvement is Internet service. I was on Zoom call and I got dropped three times and so I stopped the Zoom calls. Today's travelers need high quality internet and this needs to be attended in otherwise a super quality hotel.

Great location and a really nice hotel to stay for Airport transfers. Everything was spot on from rooms to the services. Food was great as well. They do offer taxis for Airport transfer. Space in room and equipments provided in a room.
