UNSAFE and RISKYHotel is unsafe for any stay. I was inside the hotel room and a staff member used master key and entered my room while I was inside the room with my wife.I raised the complaint in written to hotel as well see attached image, It's unsafe, staff member entered the room with other people using master key while I was inside the room with my wife.Hotel was not even sorry and they didn't even told this to their management.UNSAFE

location was opposite side of the city, rooms were good but washroom could have been more cleaner. roof top restaurant was good, we already had our dinner but went for the live singing. the lone performer, tiger was singing with guitar, he surely made our evening with his lively performance.

AC not working there. Its life time worst experience in Ira by orchid. They changed rooms but all there no AC working I stayed there with my 7 month baby but after too much time room changed but problem not solved.

It's all good with this hotel, but housekeeping has to do better when making the rooms. For example, in my room, only one sofa and table were missing. Breakfast is awesome.
