I'm glad I booked this place for my short stay. The room was neat with all the amenities and the bathroom was very clean. The tiles of the room was literally sparkling clean. The room even had a desk and a chair, which was really helpful as I had to do some revision for the exam I had next day. Overall we enjoyed the stay at this place and I would definitely recommend it to anyone else who would prefer a safe, clean and an affordable stay.

We highly recommend this place for families and couples.I just booked room to see kochi after wonderla visit.This hotel made me extreme happy. Excellent room space and comfortable beds. Neat and clean environment with good smell. Toilets were very clean.Staffs were polite. Midnight parking also good. Good native restaurants in 5 minutes reach. Spacious room with good smell and comfortable beds. Feels like home

A budget friendly stay located around 3 km from Aluva railway station. It's an AC hotel with beat and clean rooms. Room is spacious and ideal for a short stay. They provide dedicated parking space for 1-2 cars and common parking area infront of the building. There is a small non-veg restaurant located opposite to the hotel as well.

Good Room, Value for money, clean and neat room and toilet. Inteiers also good. Car parking I have reservations. Because of renovation in the bank branch at Ground floor, drilling sound was comming which disturbed the sleep and person in the reseption was helpless. Overall good.

This is my second time in isha residency. I liked the overall hotel facilities. that's why I chose the second time in isha. this time I selected the room for 3 people, I got a spacious room with 1 king size bed and 2 single beds. this was the well maintained clean room.

If you want to have a economic stay at Kochi with meat rooms, please choose Isha. It also has wifi and iron box facility. Good connectivity to Aluva Metro
