I had an awful experience at this hotel. First, the cleanliness was a major issue—my room wasn’t properly cleaned, and there were stains on the bed linens and carpet. The bathroom smelled musty, and it looked like it hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned in a long time. The customer service was equally disappointing. The front desk staff was rude and unhelpful when I raised concerns about my room. Instead of offering to fix the situation, they brushed me off. Additionally, the amenities that were advertised didn’t match what was provided. Overall, I was extremely dissatisfied with my stay. For the price I paid, I expected a lot more. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anymore.

hotel itsy aflah is very good,1. neatness,2. hotel owner, receptionist, room boy very nice approach,3. no insects, flys, cockroach, mosquitoes,4. good smell,5. very hygeine quality and unlimited quantity breakfast,6. daily room cleaning good,7. nearer to hyderabad railway station, birla mandhir, birla science museum, hotel kamath,totally excellent feeling during stay...thanks naganathan r,coimbatore

The hotel room is compact and budget friendly but the experience can be improved by fixing a few issues like the broken toilet seat, the stained bedsheets, complimentary breakfast was quite cold and unorganised. The amount and the facilities provided were a bit of a mismatch.

"I booked this hotel for a friend, and he was extremely pleased with the experience. The hotel was beautiful, well-maintained, and the staff (Adnan) was incredibly helpful and attentive. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay!"

I stayed with my family in this hotel and it felt like home. No need to worry about the food as there is complementary breakfast in the dining area and everything is delivered to your room for lunch and dinner.

The hotel is a kilometer away from Hyderabad Deccan station. It's 4-5 kms away from Lumbini Park, Birla Mandir etc. It's a comfortable budget stay for the price you pay.
