I travelled recently to Coorg with family and this hotel is very near to the bus drop location (Old madikeri bus stand infront of Hotel Surabhi). We walked to the hotel and they accepted early check-in but we had to pay extra charge for early check-in even rooms were available. Room was clean and breakfast was also good (we got Idli, Vada, Sambhar, Coconut chatni, Chai). They bring breakfast from outside and serve to the room. Normally, breakfast timing is 8:30 but, they provided early to us as per our request as we had to start by 7:30 for the site visits. It is really a budget friendly hotel for individual and family trip. Hotel staff was very helpful and they provided the details we were looking for. We didn't feel any security concern there. I can strongly recommend this hotel as you can save money from hotel rent and use that to go to the beautiful places of Coorg.

The room is the worst and they don't have their own restaurant... don't expect complimentary breakfast like usual available in hotels...they serve one plate idli and one Vada...Itsy by Treebo is charging triple the actual rate of the room...room is not worth the charges...We would have got the room easily here if we had come directly and not booked for just around per day. We expect a refund.

The guys at the reception were really supportive for all our enquiries. They also provided a decent breakfast. And also located at a nearby tourist spots . If you have small baby this place is most suitable because of the support and assistance you receive from reception guys.

rooms are are nice and clean, will love the stay as its in an peacefull place but yes its an hotel that is not having any scenic view but and but every tourist place is nearby to the hotel

One of the Worst experiences. But the rooms were not clean. The Bedsheets were stained. Walls paints were peeled. Even washroom. Uploaded the pics to see for yourself. Never booking again.

The room was good but the washroom was very small. It felt like bathing in the commode. Still asking for 2500 per day to extend my stay which is not worth it. Food and service is okay.

Not at all maintained, dirty smell from washroom, covers and bedsheets stained. Hotel has no sign boards and is hard to find. But good parking space.

It was a average stay experience at this hotel. Locality of the hotel is well connected to the city. there was very limited food options available.

Everything is good but the bathroom should improve & the room has a wifi TV which is unable to connect and work. Rest all is good.
