nice stay at ooty, had two days stay at itsy rain forest, location food, room and parking is good. staffs were co-operative and helpful. food is decent which is a complementary for our package. hot water available 24/7 with geyser facility. one thing to be noted is the way from main road towards is very steep and difficult to walk. without vechile it's hard to reach hotel. otherwise everything is great. had nice city and mountain view. overall it's a great experience.

the stay is just amazing and memorable under the budget. with in the budget i found this is the only property which has good balcony view and all the sight seeings are just 5-10mins away from this property. and personally we loved the complimentary breakfast. over all, the spent penny is worthy.

One of the worst hotel I even stayed. 1. uncleaned property.2. no parking space 3. no hot water in 9 degree temprature4. staff is ok 5. need to follow up for breakfast multiple time 6. uncleaned bathroomthis was pathetic and not worth.
