Despite having a fully paid booking I was not given a room. I was asked to pay another Rs 599/-.The girl at the reception mentioned that they have no arrangement for booking nd the entire amount paid by me was treated as a booking amount. The room was given to me only after I paid the additional amount.Never again, Ivy

Satisfactory. The locks to my room were very flimsy and the door could be forced opened if someone wanted to. The linen cover had spots, although the bedsheet was clean. Mattress is comfy with good bounce and depth. Saver rooms do have ACs... Close proximity to the airport.

Nice Hotel for transit airport passenger it is very near to Indira Gandhi international Airport . Room size is small but meet normal requirement for 02 person. But I am sorry to say that bed sheet and pillow cover are not cleaned up to the mark.

Hotel is good however at hotel reception you will ask to pay 500/- again then you will connect with room support.. they will take 2 hr for resolution. So overall not recommended if you taken this hotel for some rest purpose in layover.

I came from Amritsar and reach hotel at5 pm. they took 1 hr to give room. and even at 8:45 I haven't received breakfast for which I have ordered at 8:10 AM. very disappointing this time

worst experience.. the blanket was dirty.. the room doesn't have lock and they denied to change it.. the washroom doesn't have flush and jet spray.. wastage of money..
