Location wise awesome, just 5- 10 mins walk either from Chhapra Railway station or State Bus Terminus. I stayed here for a night. Contactless and very fast checking in-out service, maintaining social distancing norms & COVID 19 guidelines. Staffs were very helpful and polite. Service was awesome. Well maintained property, neat and clean with all modern facilities. Food served was very delicious.The hotel is fit for u when u travel alone as well as with ur faimly. I recommend "Must try once". 👍

Best things》good Staff behavior, good Food taste and nearby location Average things 》 Hotel facilities in room like no additional facilities like - no kettle, no Bathroom sleeper, and no wifi.. it is just simply small room and Average bedding old quality room furniture with Average class bathroom with low class mirror and poor clean bath jewels Bad things 》price to much high and not as aspected quality as per price range.. But it is only single choice hotel in chhapra..

The most terrible hotel I have experienced, I paid online but hotel booking rate on the spot was only, no mirror in room, telephone not working, bed sheet blanket very unhygenic, no hot water supply, no tv recharged, no breakfast till 8.30 am the staff were very rude, my god I escaped safely 🙏.

Bad experience; lift was not operational. Rooms were smelling bad, and toilet pot was dirty. No proper ventilation in the rooms. Good part was AC was working fine. Not suitable for old members, as lift was out of service. No parking facility either.

Lovely hotel. Very comfortable. 5 minute walk to the Railway Station chhapra. Food was really good. Would definitely stay again. I'm very impressed

Worst Hotel, Gate closes at 10:30. Receptionist (Neeraj) is an uncultured mannerless and Third class person.
