Staff Service is Good. But The Basic Amnities are not there. Towels Provided are So much Dirty.Numbers of Mosquito 🦟 are there which don't let you sleep for a minitue. In a Dessert in Rajasthan, You didn't provide AC where temperature is so high. Change Room for 3 times in 2 Days as Flush in washroom didn't work. Stay here for 2 Days and provided same dinner for 2 Days. when asked in kitchen, answer is menu is same for 365 days. In Breakfast, Provides Bread after requesting many times and that too without Butter. just only Bread 🍞 they provide.Overall didn't recommended to stay here. Without AC RoomMosquitos

Ambience is good, Evening events are outstanding for family , Inside Tent facilities are also good. Staff's Service is fast and co-operative. Owner Alam ji is also kind hearted and very helpful and supportive towards providing facilities. Only dinner and breakfast us available which are good than expectations. Good Ambience for family and Stay facility is good. Evening cultural events are good for family.

over all average experience with stay, staff behaviour is good but service is poor, no any electronic appliance is there, food is very poor and restaurant cleanliness is poor.. yes location is good , staff is good, special Mr aliyas Khan is there to manage ur problems everytime... thank u , 4 star is only for Mr aliyas Khan.... thank u.. location and rajsthani fock dance......

The experience was great. Got a good deal and all went smooth. Food was good, people were nice. All things were available. Events were too good and so were the artists. It was the best stay of my whole tour. Just welcome drinks were not provided. Events timings are different and things were a little unclear.

Food was amazing here and performances from Rajasthan folk artist was amazing too. As a lot of insects were there due to multiple street lights near the camp area, we had frogs in our tent. Thats the only negative point I need to mention here Otherwise everything was good

very good experience. hotel staff behavior was very good. service was excellent. food quality was also good. night party was great. Camel riding was complementary which was arranged by hotel. Hotel manager Mr Aliyas bhai was very co operating and well behavior

the rooms were very dirty and also smelling.the washroom had pan spitting stains there was lot of gaps in the tent leaving no privacy. to our badluck it rained the night we stayed at the desert and the whole tent was leaking and threatening

Everything was good including food, cultural program. But camel ride which was included for max 2 hours was not given a single minute above 15 minutes. They said if we don't say about 2 hours you'll not book our hotel.

Wonderful stay highly recommended in sum Desert ,hotel staff are very co-operative hotel onwer romiyo bhai are nice in nature food, folk dance, bonfire , camel ride, are very good. overall awesome stay.

Nice stay, cooperative staff specially Mr Muhamud khan, gud cultural activity but less crowd may be due to off season, but no AC and no wifi was there wants to give 3.5 star
