went to stay at ooty for an official visit as we were short on budget we had did not have lot of options. A good hotel to stay in ooty for those who are travelling alone or with group of friends. it is very near to the shopping centres. good for those who want budget hotel and evening walk for the shopping. we booked two basic double bedroom they gave one basic room and other was like a honeymoon room, the bathroom was not too bad nor too good so it is a ok. rooms were neat , but the bed was like coir only bed so it was hard surface. we did not have food there becoz of our budget when I saw the food menu I think that the rate was ok a descent one. the hot water was only available on the morning from 7 am to 9 am.

This hotel is located in a very convenient location in Ooty which gives u a real Ooty climate feel... Good thing with management is they give preference to customers and are flexible to customers demands... Overall a wonderful stay... The luxury rooms have a wonderful view... Nice place to stay with economical budget.

Hotel is located a few minutes walk from Ooty Bus stand or a bus shuttle is available pretty often. location is safe good and decent place. The hotel also arranged for a day tour to Ooty and Conoor at a decent price. Best part of my stay, the hotel was kind enough to provide food on late night request.

Excellent place to......live in... excellent staff.... we reached at 11pm but the hotel staff cordially helped us... the complementary break fast they served was excellent. they.... had a great restaurant. ... nice place to live... i recommend all of u...

A very good hotel to stay. I alongwith family enjoyed the stay here. Food is good otherwise also got.good outlets outside. But the standard delux room can accommodate only 2,if u are with children's opt for the higher one . Overall a nice stay.

Nyc hotel .. All places are near better to use mini bus of govt to visit places from this hotel than autos. And food quality is ok . But quantity is less . very good staff and responsive tooo .. I prefer it again if i would go ooty.
