we booked the standard rooms at a very cheap rate.when reached the hotel discovered that the rooms are really too small.kinda suffocating as well.on complaining, the owners were all ready to help by refunding the amount as they had no other rooms available for us.we stayed back in there.nice location.amidst of nature. 5 mind walk from the beach.it's actually on the cliff.owners are good people.it's a huge property.

We stayed in this hotel and found it very comfortable place to stay. Didn't had even a minor issue with the behavior of the people ,they are very cooperative and cordial. Location is very nice ,its quite easy to reach. Service is really appreciable. Overall everything was quite satisfactory and i had a good time in this hotel.

There is a beach near to this property so it's very good fact as it's very good for relaxation. The rooms very good & were very affordable too. Their parking spaces is very huge too.Though this place is very good still I would say it is good for someone who is going on solo trip but is not suitable for families.

Room available at a very reasonable price.And very close to Varkala beach. just walking 2 minutes from jacky's nest....its amazing place and staff are too good and helpful....here bike also to 350rs rent for 24 hrs ....exeperiance is really to good..such romantic place for couple😘

Stayed in the standard room with very basic facilities. If you plan to stay in hotel room in day time then better choose the room with AC. It was hard to locate the hotel using google map. Beach is very close and just a walking distance.

In this hotel i stayed for the second time. First time I came here in September 2015 and now in September 2019. This is very near to the beach and the location is also very good and comfortable.

Staff were good, but they are very less but they were very responsive. Unprofessional services. Amenities were very good. Location was superb as it was located 300 meters away from sea beach.

Overall cleanliness & service quality was good. When we visited the hotel had not stated there food service. There are no good restaurants nearby. It was a great inconvenience.

It's a great cheap place for a non luxurious stay. Rates in the season time does go higher than the average.. Still it's cheap enough for travelers from India and abroad.

Stayed in ac cottage for one night..it's clean and maintained well..don't expect luxury though..it's close to beach which is an added advantage
