**Genuine Review** I stayed with my family for 2 nights. I booked 1 Bamboo & 1 chipwood cottage. Positives: 1. Resorts looks amazing in night. Resort is well maintained with pool. It is situated at village but looks safe. 2. Good Parking space. 3. Service is good. You ask and they deliver. 4. Food is good but limited options available. Negative: 1. Worst tea i ever had. No taste at all. I complained but still same. 2. It is situated quite down inside village almost at last. Be careful while driving. The connecting road has many turns. 3. No outside food options available. 4. If you are coming in summer like May, June. Do not take the chipwood cottage. It becomes quite hot and also too much sunlight comes from window. Not comfortable at all. 5. Pool water was not clean and crystal clear. Insects were also swimming. But yes they clean when you ask. Suggestion: If you don't want to visit Nainital and want a peaceful stay then only you can consider. At this price you will find many options at Nainital. Otherwise i would suggest to take a hotel in Nainital to save the driving time. It takes almost 45 mins or more to reach Nainital and road has many turns. You have to leave Nainital early in evening to reach this property and you will miss the real evening mall road fun just to reach here. Also be prepared for heavy traffic in Nainital in peak season.

amazing stay. food is very tasty. staff is very welcoming and helpful. Hospitality is awesome. It was an amazing stay with a swimming pool, gardens, spacious cottages, huts and rooms. Stay is just besides khurpatal Lake with an amazing view of lake and mountains. nainital is 30 mins drive. It is a very peaceful, sareen and beautiful place with all amenities. family friendly stay with all amenities required. best location to stay with small kids and elderly people.

It was really a pleasant experience. The staff were courteous. The location was easily accessible and the resort was well maintained. The food was also good and in enough quantity. Whenever asked they were providing tea and snacks. Overall the experience was nice for us. Kids enjoyed too much in the resort, the area, weather and pool. The food was also good. They made milk for kid, readily available. Overall it is recommended stay for family, business and couples.

We were there to celebrate our 25th anniversary. It was very good stay. Staff was very good and responsive. Specially. Mr. Govind was very good. We stayed in cheep wood cottage in front of pool. The menu was limited but they cook food for you specially like home. We were short of time otherwise we tried to stay more. We will definitely make family plan to stay there. Vey peaceful.

Location: Location is scenic near Khurpatal, peaceful, half an hour drive to Nainital. Food: Food tastes very good, we liked it. Rooms: Rooms are good with all basic amenities needed for stay. The only thing we missed is the bonfire, they must do a common bonfire as evening/night seems to be very silent. All other is good, if you do not want to Safety and View from cottage

I will not recommend this property. In my last 10 years of traveling experience this is the worst ever hotel. 1. Only Cockroaches 2. Electricity Issues- DG back up only for light and fans not for geyser 3. Food also not good 4. Bad quality towels 5. Staff is good but not sufficient for entire property 6. Have to call from mobile for any service 7. Bad wifi network

Property location is good. Greenery is good. There rooms are not cleaned. Cottages are having stinking issue. Not recommend to stay long. Food test is good, but in cafe multiple cockroaches were roming arroud on tables, billing counter etc. Hair found in parath. Hygiene is a major concern here. The people who want a hygiene place, not recommend to stay here.

Hotel is situated very close to nature. Very good staff and owner is also so friendly. Nice concept of huts like rural area. Huts are also clean and very close to nature. You can see the lake from the hut. Anyone who want to visit Nainital must to stay in this huts. But the JJ village is situated approx 10 km far from nainital mall road.

resort is close to nature, mountain and lake view cottages are available and staff behaviour is too good. They offer home made food which is too yummy and healthy on very cheap cost. If I will visit Nainital again then JJ village will be my preference and I will also recommend to my known.

One of the best resort, surrounded by mountains and view from resort is awesome. It's a best place to stay between natures & a lake in front of the resort and feel a great stay in bamboo or chip wood cottage. Suggestion : Add more variety in menu card.

We had a good experience in JJ village, location and property is awesome and view as well but service is not up to the mark, room is smaller than described and we didn't get any room cleaning in 3 days and Food is average. Thank you

Nicely maintained with good service, location is 9km from nanital, that can be good and painful depending on type of trip. All the attraction are in between jj and nanital so either way it was good for us.

cottage is gud and food served is like home. Rooms are small and no shelf so u have to keep all u r belonging outside only. location is gud and variety of trees and landscape surrounded by the cottage.

Location is right on the Khurpatal lake. Ambience is nice and lively. Rooms felt little cramped, super small washrooms and poor linen.
