Thanks to your staff for making it such a comfortable stay at your hotel. I was there for four days with my family and for all these days I was attended with utmost warmth. I was impressed to see the prompt room service despite the peak season. Every need was catered with utmost perfection making us feel so important. Truly grateful for such yummy and delicious food. Lunch and dinner at your place has been the most wonderful one. I am amazed at the way you managed to arrange so much at such short notice. Thanks again for the love, food, care, and hospitality. Your friendly staff and personal service made me feel like I was staying in a home-away-from-home. Thank you for your hospitality and for making me feel so welcome.

Worst service. light went off for full night and generator is not there. AC charges we paid but we didn't got AC as light was not there. Washroom was not clean and it was dark there in washroom. we would have manage without light. Flush and washer was not working in toilet. toilet paper wasn't present. noone was present there for checkin and check out ... no breakfast or anything to eat provided.. we didn't got any service and they haven't returned our money back. good point: wifi password provided and talked us on phone call regards nearby locations name to visit.

1. No room given in the property (Jolan guest house) I had booked2. Shifted to another property which is bad. Room is not clean, bathroom bad, bed is smelling and many more3. Called several times to this property and they assured me about booking confirmation4. Informed them several times that I would Chek in late (after 9pm)5. They straight way didn't inform us that they are not offering the room i had payed for. First they asked us to finished, so when we finished our dinner it was 11 pm. Then they said we are shifting in their 2nd property

Along with my family I visited the guest room,we bought two rooms,there was no room service, upon asking extra mattress for children,they denied,no proper hot water,there bed sheet was washed ages ago,stinking bathroom, water kettle was broken,refused to send even a water bottle to the room,except location nothing was right,owner of the property greeted well along with her cute infant, she is struggling hard but the service of the workers

photos are of the view from the room balcony Guesthouse was very good and the staff and owner too were very supportive and they can help u regarding your travel queries and if u need a vehicle. Down there was a restaurant u can eat their quality food un good rates not too much costly. pocket friendly. To visit there is a nearby Bogmolo beach within walking distance of 1-2 min and there is heart lake there 2 km away. good place to visit.

Nice guest house. One problem is they dont have power backup. But it feels nice to stay just 1 min walk to beach. Sean can be seen from window and balcony. Better to book Delux rooms in this guest house Normal rooms have no views.... Ask owner to allot room 101 if possible and vacant

It was a very good stay . The beach is 2 mins walk away. There is a restaurant downstairs which has a huge range of good food and delicacies. Their burgers are really nice. There is a beautiful church nearby. Hollant beach is also quite near to it.

Decent stay. The host was quite helpful and the service was good. The property itself isn't top notch but it's decent. The staff and the host both were quite helpful.

The Hotel room was well maintained. Staff are quite helpful. Food is amazing in Jolan's restaurants. Prices are very much reasonable.

Tv ,ac , kettle are not functioning.only showpiece . Very hot room because one wall is made of glass. Also it is a noisy place
