I recently stayed at JP Resort and it was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. Since I'm goan and stayed at so many hotels around Goa, I had worst experience. I have attached photos of hotel room. Found rat in the cupboard. TV was missing and also sliding door was broken and it was fixed with normal cello tape. The air conditioning was not working properly and it was very hot and stuffy in the room. To top it off, the hotel staff was unresponsive to my complaints. After paying so much money for room and you're left with this type of room. Overall, I would not recommend staying at this hotel. The customer service was terrible.

I recently stayed at the JP resort and had an incredible experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and went out of their way to make my stay as enjoyable as possible. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-appointed with all the amenities I needed. The location was perfect, with 5 min walking distance beach Additionally, the on-site restaurant served delicious meals and the pool was a great place to relax after a day of.

There is no electricity for 2 days out of 4 days we stayed. because of no electricity lights, Ac is not working, We requested JP resort to change the room because the geyser was not working the whole time, and after 2 days, they changed. but the funny part is that the 2nd room has broken lock and no TV inside. it's the worst nightmare in Goa till date. Bed bugs and insects in the bed and not at all firendly environment for couples.

Caretaker is polite. Had a word with owner as well. He is also welcoming. Property is decently sized and is peaceful to stay at. Restaurant was not functional at the time we visited but had an option to order from nearby hotel. Lawn and Pool was clean. Peaceful Stay!

pet friendly, nice and polite staff, good cottages, location, neat and clean. flush was not working. there is a gap between cottage woodwork from where someone can peek into your room.

Awesome stay, it was my second stay with JP resort. Amazing property with all the amenities and best part is that it is very near to the beach, almost a walking distance for 5 minutes.

Staff behavior, amenities and services were nice. Located 800 mts away from the beach. There was dining facility but it was chargeable. There was no complimentary services.

5 min walk to Beach, nice property, and most important food is very tasty. try both veg Nd non veg. room are clean and peaceful place. staffs are very supportive.
