The staff is little especially the receptionist behaves quite rudely not cooperative and they charge extra if you want to use the pool and also charge for any oils , lipstick or any other stains on the bed, curtains or blankets. The main thing which i didn't like about this hotel is that they will ask for room keys when you are going out while you are not in your room for the purpose of maintenance and cleaning as it's customers personal space cleaning and maintenance should be done in the presence of the guest while they are at their rooms felt uncomfortable, little scared and worried about our stuff in the room and privacy concerns

hotel was fine.. the hospitality was very bad.. we requested for our stay extension and they said they will do but next day they called us for check out.. we told them we haven’t made any reservations cz they said our stay was extended.. when we went back to them they didn’t understand our situation and asked us to check out.. we had to book a over priced stay (not the worth of the money)

Fantastic hotel.. The manager is very helpful and staff is also very polite and caring... the location is supperb... I really enjoyed my trip with JW heritage..If you are planning ur trip in goa just go for JW heritage... it feels very safe like home..

Chicken items doesn't value the money. Otherwise everything is fine. Behavior of every staff is fantastic. Deluxe Room was good.. I am satisfied. I shall recommend Hotel J W Heritage for lodging at Anjuna Beach. Thank you. 😊

It's a newly build property with spotless finish. Very good and co-op staff. they will answer all your queries and will make sure you have a pleasant stay. Thanks JW Heritage Team. I will definitely re-book upon revisit.

Staff behavior were average , amenities were good, service were average. Location was very good. There was no common dining area, but in room dining area is there. There was no complimentary services.

The hotel was fine but power-cut happened there very often & even there didn't provided towel regularly to us & even house keeping staffs were not available most of the time.
