TLDR; Its a good hotel with few flaws Pros: A great hotel that seems well maintained. Service is good and it is quite clean. Cons: The route from the hotel to dal lake is pretty bad (walking on a dark and stinky alleyway) but at least its short (3 min walk) They don't provide an electric kettle in the room and food here is a bit expensive but there are good restaurants nearby. The toilet had a very dirty trashcan The shower handle did fall off but this was an easy fix

very close to dal lake ghat number 15, rooms/bathrooms are very spacious, clean..hotel staff was good..24×7 hot water was available...had arrangements of room heater..got the rooms at cheaper rate as it was off season..
