Rooms are spacious.Locatiin also good.But Service needs to improve lot.There are communication problem a lot with room service person as he don't know any language except Malayalam. Breakfast were get ready by 12 only. After discussions with Hotel management it has been observed that the hotel has recently resumed operation after pandemic and all thing were trying to be on track.Service is very poor !!No fine wine available at.If necessary to stay around, may be choosen for with some compromise!!

This is the best hotel available in Thrissur, we didn't have much choice. I stayed with my family but, I won't be recommending this property to family stay because they sell local **** to local people and the entrance for local people and guests is the same so, the reception area is always crowded. I would suggest if they can have a separate entrance for guest and local people. The room was neat and clean. The service provided by the staff was very satisfactory.

The condition of the room was very bad, cockroaches all over the place, not hygienic at all. They didn't provide us with a bottle of drinking water, the kettle was not there, not even a tea bag. Breakfast is not provided in the hotel, for a cup of coffee you need to travel 1 km, near a coffee shop or a restaurant is not available. The cleaning was not proper.

In iringalakuda this one is good. The bar in the ground floor makes it difficult for families. The toilet which had a ribbon which said "cleaned it to protect yo", when opened, had 4-5 small cockroaches crawling all over in the commode. Good for visitors who come to Koodalmanikyam temple and for Iringalakuda marathon that happens in Ayyankavu

Good connectivity as it's close to the Private Bus Stand. Lots of shops close by. Reliance Fresh is located just outside the Hotel, so daily necessities can be easily purchased from there. Peaceful accommodation, Sufficient space for Parking, Accessibility to transport and daily needs shops.

The rooms are a bit old, but very well maintained. There's dedicated parking available. There's even an in house restaurant. It is a safe place to stay and easy to access with the help of google maps as it is within the town. There are few temples nearby. The staff is good too.

It is located in the heart of the city, so easy to locate. Service was not up the mark, it can be improved and also the cleanliness should be improved. Parking are is also not very convenient, so it should be improved as well.Overall had a good experience.

Stayed for 04 daysOn first day receptionist told breakfast will available after 11.00 am,Restaurant was open with limited menu options due to covid which was not mentioned Lights in room was very less.Although staff behaivor was good but not satisfied.

very good stay... booked for my exam in iringalakkuda... felt like i was staying in home... nice location and very good behaviour by staff... good service

bed was not clean, hair from previous guest s were on bed, bar is attached and both have common entrance, so no privacy at all.
