At the time of check in room not given with working TV.(ground floor room) Room and Bathroom are not as shown. Room size is small. And there are many insects like milipidde, Harpaphe, Termites and small cockroaches. Rooms are not cleaned properly bad sheet with spots used even for new guests. change of bed sheet on next day done only if we ask for to do so. I have asked for two times to change the room because of insects in the room but they have not changed my room on immediate basis. For change of room I have to take follow up with receptionist for 4-5 times and after 6 hours they give another room on 1st floor. when they are ready to change room, they have given me options as some room do not having working TV. waiter was not supportive. luggage shifted by my self. they don't have courtesy to help. 3 Times happens that water is not available in bathroom specially in morning time. For which again we have to request those waiters for the water issue and no resolution on immediate basis. I have to wait for an hour for water. In Room, there is no bell or intercom, no towel, no stool in bathroom, no hot water option, no hand soap, no sanitizer, no wake up call, no news paper, no room service , no laundry service even no fan available. If tell about location very dirty are only non veg foods available nearby. Too much traffic near by.

our bag was bit by a mouse in quest of food so never stay somewhere on in the ground floor take rooms in first floor. the fans are extremely slow and in rainy weather you don't need ac too so sometimes it became extremely hot because you can't use ac and fans are not fast. the area is lowkey industrial/slum area and also no veg food available nearby. you have to go exploring a bit further to find veg food. otherwise the service was good the cleanliness was there and good for visa interview type of stays super close to consulate

Bed sheets are filthy, torn, smelly, there's no way to call the reception. There's cockroaches in the room, loads of them. You can't sleep in this room, they'll walk all over you and bite you. After thorough requests and fights I could get the bed sheets changed but that's it.
