worst experience specially the owner of the restaurant was very rude behaviour after having online booking for family room with 2 king size bed refuses entry of our family members stating that only two adult can enter in family room if it is why named it family room after promising it's our mistake we will adjust it but during checkout demand 5000 extra cheap and worst hotel in Srinagar

Very bad experience and room size extremely small. With the amount they charged the room the gave is completely worst. Complete waste of money. The hotel staffs were not at all cooperative. The room is extremely suffocating. Not at all recommended for staying and visiting purposes.
