Positive feedback The property is good. Neatly maintained considering its location. Service of staff was very good as the restaurant is at a lower level than the rooms n staff giving room service with a smile added flavour to the food. Negative feedback The buffet food served at dinner time was too blend, almost like food served in hospital. However food served on ala carte basis was very tasty. On chking we were told tht it was due to some jain grp which was staying there. The management needs to balance this issue. Why shud othr guests suffer who hve also paid the same amount. - Electric kettles for tea were not provided in the executive rooms. However one was provided, on requesting , to be used among 4 rooms tht we had occupied. Suggestion: we had our aged mother with us. We also observed othr families who had come to stay with their aged parents. These aged people were struggling to reach room due to uneven stairs. My suggestion is tht a railing, chain or soft rope should be arranged on stairs so tht these people get support.

It's located away from the Almora city & beautifully placed right in the middle of a jungle with scenic views. It's a shame they couldn't do anything about the towers that surround the place from both sides. Although the radiations are non ionizing which is less harmful as compared to the ionizing ones but these towers still have potential health hazards. I won't complain too much because i only stayed there for 3 days but I'd never stay there for a longer duration for this very reason, not that i am too paranoid but I feel for a person staying in a metropolitan like Delhi which is overly populated, the last thing you want is to stay at a place that reminds you of things you're used to looking at each day. Apart from that, food was only average. Rooms are nice, great interiors and all & service is excellent.

We stayed at room no.216 on 27th May'17. The resort is approx 8-9 kms ahead of main Almora town, if one is driving from Delhi side. We had difficulty in finding the resort; it is at an offbeat location & in the woods (won't call it a forest). Neither the room nor the food matched our expectations. Water-flow out of the taps was erratic; it took a long time for water to heat. Cable connection had only a few channels, & there was no intercom in my room. The offbeat location is perhaps the only plus. Overall, an average resort. I will not stay here if my visit Almora next time.

One of the biggest property at Kasar Devi hills. Situated at Binsar road 8 km away from Almora. Hotel having good amenities for all age group people. A mini cricket ground and separate park for kids. Hotel having a conference hall where 120 people can be accommodate easily. The best thing about Hotel it is connected to Kasar Devi temple just walking distance of 5 minute, a place from where one can enjoy aerial view of this valley and Himalaya. Hotel staff is very polite and prompt in service.

Really liking the place. Feels like I'm in the lap of nature. Its full of greenery and has more than enough open spaces to sit and relax. My kids are having a good time exploring the place. Its evening now and I can hear the Kasardevi temple bells.. so peaceful! Service is good despite the fact that the rooms are spread out and it takes time to move around. Staff is courteous. Location is great. And total value for money. Will be back again very soon.

A quite place near kasar devi almora with amazing view of Himalayas from your balconies and windows. Nice clean and big rooms with a balcony with view of the Himalayas. Awesome food and hospitality, special mention to Mr Krishna Mehta who was proactive and helped out with anything required before even asking. Would recommend to all who are looking for a quite place in Himalayas close to nature to spend couple of days.

We stayed for 5 nights at the resort between 3rd to 7 th June 2017 Plus 1.You really feel you are in a jungle 2. We were given the third floor which had a full view of the mountain range 3. We were upgraded to Family room from executive room Improvement 1. Intercom lines went dead multiple times, some numbers non functional 2.Limited number of channels in TV

I stayed there for 4 nights from 27th to 31st. Everything was awesome : service , rooms and staff. I would recommend this resort to each and every traveller. I am surprised why the other guest who has posted previous review is unable to find the difference between a hotel and a resort.

Excellant peaceful location.well maintained natural jungle ambience. Far from almora but very close to Kasaar Temple from where u get stunning views of the hills and the town. Food was a let down and poor quality. Needs lot of improvement in that aspect

Its an ultimate place to hang around with friends. We were 8 friends and stayed there for 3 nights. The rooms, the view from rooms and the service was really worth appreciation and I would definitely recommend this resort to everyone.

Good place for a weekend break..nice location away from the crowd...great service..nice rooms with a lot of natural light..!!..Could not get a view of the Himalaya's due to a lot of haze....March is not the right time I guess...!!

staff is limited in number but there was no issue with service. Kuldeep the manager is a very nice guy and Co - operative. the only thing which disappointed us was the campfire. else everything was awesome.

The situation is very nice if you are looking for peace . However since the cottages are located uphill , it is advisable for fit ppl only. Food is hood, staff is very pleasant. Views are really nice .

Truly a Jungle and Nature Resort. My stay at Kasaar was better than my expectations. The rooms, food and service, everything was simply awesome. I will definitely visit this place again.

Reaching here was a bit tough because of hill connectivity issue.. but this place worth all pains... awesome location .. good rooms.. worth staying in this peaceful resort...
