I had a very comfortable and leisurely stay at hotel KB's grand. The hotel location is good. They have a pick up and drop service to temple as temple is a bit far. They also provided me a service of pick up and drop to the bus stand at odd timings, when informed to them on just one phone call. The staff behaviour, including the ones at reception, house keeping, drivers etc. is very polite and professional. Room service is prompt and upto the mark. Washrooms are very clean and hygienic. Bedroll and pillow covers are washed and clean. AC in good condition. Hot water available in the tap 24*7. Restaurant has a good variety of food, good ambience, service, taste and quality. If at all there was any minor complaint, it was addressed immediately and hence I did not face any challenges while my stay at the hotel.Overall, there is not a single thing which was not in good shape. Hence, I would definitely recommend this place to others visiting Shirdi.

We booked this hotel at last moment and was bit sceptical about stay as didn't have much information about hotel... however it came to us as surprise package...it was awesome stay....from top to bottom staff was very cooperative, polite and ready to help.. room was property cleaned and maintained including bathroom. Round the clock free cab for visiting temple. Food was good in taste. Didn't give any chance to complain. Very well managed by Mr Ranjan and team... looking forward to stay here again. safe to stay with family... very homely atmosphere

The hospitality was appreciable, they have emphasize even on small things which hotels normally don't take care. Like mosquito repellent in each room, bathroom sleepers, toothbrush, comb etc. The property was clean, the food in the attached restaurant is good and reasonable. Complimentary 24/7 pickup/drop for saibaba temple.

The level of this hotel is really good. You can't expect so much in Shirdi. The staff is very well behaved and polite. It's far from the temple but they arrange pick up n drop which is great. The location is very peaceful, away from hustle n bustle of main town.I loved my stay here. Will definitely book again.

it was neat and clean property. ample car parking. pick and drop facility to the temple main gate was free. clean big rooms with a balcony. ac and tv were working well. restroom was clean and big enough. lift facility available. value for money thank you

It is a great hotel with big rooms and good food. the pick and drop facility is also good. The hotel owner Mr. Dilip is very helpful and pro active in assisting you. In my 4 visits to Shirdi, this is the best stay. Amazing.

The most liked thing was the cleanliness of the bedsheets, towels, and bathroom. The room was cozy. Breakfast also avilable in short period of time. Overall good experience.
