I've been staying at this hotel on my annual trips to Chandigarh since 2017. The rooms are spic and span. Air conditioning works well and the bathroom is clean. As regards in- house dining, there is a variety of Indian and continental dishes and both food and drink are tasty and reasonably priced. Most of all, I've found the staff most helpful and cooperative. A variety of food and drinks which are reasonably priced

Stay was good. Hotel is in the heart of the city. Nice location. Just 30 mins away from the airport. Everything easily accessible including food, grocery, electronic items, etc. There are few famous shops like kfc, gopals, lenskart, first cry, barista, tim hortins, and many more. Staff is very polite. Just have to work on washroom as some of the taps were leaking but that is ok compare to rest of the services.

it was my second time stay at KC Residency, rooms are specious, neat and clean, staff is very polite, room service is good, I recommend to other people for their stay connectivity with local transport, parking space, based in local market and every thing is approachable
