The experience at Hotel was superb. The Hotel is nearby Ooty Main Bus Stand & Railway Station and free from city traffic noise. The Staffs were gentle, friendly manner in all aspects, arranging pick-up and drop-off from bus stand or railway station, cab services for local sightseeing at reasonable prices. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and neat with all necessary complimentary and amenities. You can expect average Wifi speed in your room area and lobby compared to reception and dining area. Hot water is provided with water purifier system in each room, lobby area and Geyser (24 x 7) in bathroom. Power backup is provided during powercut. Only Resturant food can consumed in dining area while outside foods (Veg/Non-Veg) are allowed only in your respective rooms and you can order your food through Swiggy or Zomato. Pantry team will provide cutlery items for outside foods. Overall I would recommend this Hotel for Group of friends and families to enjoy the hassle free stay in Ooty central city area.

This place is an extension of the property The Baron. The rooms were really spacious and had a nice view. Only the location of this place was a bit interior and we had to book an auto every time we wanted to go to the main town. The food options were also good and we got proper North Indian food served to us on request. The surroundings were beautiful and quiet. The views around were also good. We loved walking around in the evening.

the location is half km from ooty lake. the environment is beautiful and the rooms are well maintained and all amenities are provided except sleepers and dental kit.the food is average and not much of variety in buffet breakfast. only drawback is that room heater is separately charged(₹500 per night). room is occupied with water purifier(+water heater😀) the calm and quite environment

We enjoyed the stay at kemps cave, hotel staff agreed for early checkin and as promised we were allowed to check in early. Food was good, staff is very helpful and room was clean and hygiene. They have limited room heaters are available for Rs 500/ day. But we couldn't get one. Alternatively room service provided with an extra comforter. Room and restaurant service

Its situated 1.5km far from ooty town. But The rooms were nice. Spacious and clean. There is Resturant which serve good food at reasonable rates. Staffs were so good at reception and restaurant. I had a hassle-free check in. There is ample parking facility also. Overall a nice place to stay. Food Room

Amazing property. Its like a business hotel in the mountains. I have booked classic without breakfast. Was difficult to find the property with map. Red school must be the landmark. Silent Atmosphere and highly professional hotel.

Great place to spend time with family in ooty. Perfectly a royal feel in rooms. Ambience perfect. And very near to most of the tourist spots ( Boat 🚢 Lake). Food is also worth mentioning.. a must try place
