Spacious Room and Bathroom.Well-Behaved and polite Staffs.Tasty food at reasonable price.But there were 2 minor issues : Wi-Fi was not working properly.I had to attend meetings but couldn't do it properly. Also TV doesn't had any HD channels for that standard this was expected.However Overall a very nice experience, will love to visit again.

The hotel is located opposite to Emerald hotel. This hotel is much better hotel then Emerald. The best part about the hotel is its cleanliness and maintenance. I loved my stay here very much though . The hotel is located around 20 -22 mins from the airport. The rooms and services are great. I loved my my stay here.

Great hotel. Location is good, close to main street. Mildly noisy. Easy to get cabs standing near the hotel. Easy going and helpful staff. Smoke smell was there, not sure if its the hotel or just Kolkata.
