I have booked this hotel through Go Ibibo and got a mind boggling deal. I was travelling through Shri Shakti Exp so I knew that I will be their before hotel's check in time so I contacted hotel a day earlier. I mentioned them regarding it and first question he asked is from where u booked ur ticket. He assured me that we will make some arrangement but didn't mentioned about extra charges. I reached there around 7 am. And when I asked for room then he said u have to pay half day teriff for 4-5 hours. I requested him and I mentioned my telephonic chat. I also mentioned that tomorrow I will be leaving on d same time. So in any case I am not staying for more than 24 hours. He contacted his GM thrice and his GM also said you have to pay. We waited there and keep on saying that we will pay half of the teriff that I paid through Go Ibibo. But he said, that I have to pay half of their teriff, that is more than the deal that i got. He wasted our 45 min and after so many times saying finally he gave us d room on 60% of Go Ibibo teriff for 4 hours. If they have said this earlier then we may have cancelled it. Nothing special. Rooms were just Ok. Pick and drop to Banganga. Bedding were Ok. Hot water supply is there. It is very calm in d nyt no noises. From their behaviour it was looking that they are also deciding which room should be given to us. They are looking furious after knowing d amount that I paid. Even the GM said that we don't care, we will get our price whether GoIbibo has to pay from their home. Means what is dis ??? This is not a great experience and in my life I have been to many places and at odd timings but I never found such kind of people. One last thing, they were not luking happy for customers coming through online travel portals.

Hotel was neat and clean. Only problem that we faced in hotel was regarding the catering services. After ordering any thing even tea it will take them around 30 mins to prepare the same. Other wise all was good. The hospitality staff and all were very supportive. The cab facility that they provided was an added advantage.

Value for money , they provide you pick and drop for railway station in case you are having difficulties. Support to get online Darshan ticket and provides drop/pickup to and fro **** starting point/end. Highly supporting, service oriented and adjustable staff.

Visited Katra with family few days back. The stay in the hotel was nice experience. It was clean & tidy. Good rooms, Staff was polite & cooperative. They provided facility of pick up frm rly station, drop/ pick up frm Banganga. Overall its a nice hotel

Overall the stay was fine enough. The checkin and checkout process was smooth enough. Hotel staff quite good and supportive, the services were fine. All in all it was a fine stay. Will rate 3.5 on 5.
