Hotel Kinara Grand at Ramanthapur in Secunderabad is a very good hotel. I had a pleasant stay there last month. The staff is top quality. They are very courteous & helpful. The food at their restaurant is also very good. I had included breakfast in my stay and that was the best decision as there were varied options. I would love to stay there again if I do visit Hyderabad in future.

Pros: 1. Nicely decorated room 2. Not 100 percent clean but still manageable 3. Generous and tasty buffet type breakfast Cons: 1. Contact numbers like reception, room service, etc should be mentioned as a print out atleast. 2. Bathroom can be more clean.

Hotel Grand Swagatham is neat & clean. However, the phone in the room is not working. Hence total lack of communication unless go to reception and communicate in person for the needs. No improvement despite several complaints.
