It is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed with my family. I had opted for Deluxe room but their so called deluxe room had a TV not working, stinky pillows and bed linen, garish tubelights, toilet dirty. In fact the wall mounted toilet commode was fitted at very high and I feared it would break. Wash basin was country made local which was huge with leakage. Shower was not working and we had to take bath in bucket with no hot water. In toilet they had no tooth brush kit or shaving set. In room they provided only two small bottle of water with out any refill. Same was about coffee and tea packets. In fact I was on a holiday with family and it spoiled our mood. Horrible hotel.

((((PATHETICCC EXPERIENCE))))((((DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL))) . we reached there at 10pm,. a lot of time was taken to get the room saying that the booking office is at another place and said the office will be closed at 6pm..ITS BEEN an hour waiting to get the room ..(THE RECEPTIONIST DONT NO ANYTHING ABOUT IT )...(THEIR BEHAVIOUR WAS SO HARSH)) ok after getting the room a thick dust like odour was present IN THE ROOM ,....because of such reasons we checked out at the morning

Hotel Stay: This is the worst and dirty hotel ever stayed in. Bed is very dirty looks like its been ages they have cleaned it Bad Smell is oozing out of bath rooms. Dirt got accumulated every where inside the room Its very pathetic No one knows any language other than Malayalam,Its very difficult to speak over there This is not not recommended hotel for any one to stay there I can give only negative rating... not even one rating...

stayed in Executive room. Room was spacious and neat. Wash rooms are good and neat. Good room service. Quality of Food can improve. Overall value for money proposition in a place like Palakkad. Good location in the middle of the town makes connectivity easy.

Location is good this is my 6th visit but treatment for booking is very worst. They made us to wait for half n hour even though we booked one day before. This time room neatness is also not well maintained.. overall booking treatment is worst worst worst.
