Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

+ve: Super spacious room with very large balcony Excellent well maintained lawn, rabbits, swings Ver peaceful location, well ventilated restaurant, very less crowd. What can be improved: No sports ( carrom, TT etc available) No room service Limited food options ( no tandoor roti), but food is good. Limited TV channels and intercom/inter-room calls do not work.

Considering they claim the property is 4 star with high tariff, no amenities are provided. There is no coffee making facilities in room. Still worst, they refused to do room service stating coffee and food are served only in restaurants. We asked for ice cubes, response was no ice cubes are available. Carpet is rolled and kept under the bed.

The food is average. The bedspreads looked liked they were not changed at all. Full of stains and dirt. Even the blanket was not washed. Staff we good to us. But they made us wait for 30 minutes to even take our order. It's definitely not worth paying so much.

Room was very spacious and neat. Balcony was huge in the ground floor and nice land scape. Food was also good. Price was little on the higher side probably due to holiday season. Overall, enjoyed the stay.

These are the photos of quilt provided in the room which was not cleaned properly and had stinking smell of urine, even manager of hotel was shown this for which he had no answer

Best hotel/resort in Badami, Aestheticlly designed rooms, good restaurant,nice complimentary breakfast. well mannered staff, they need to push the maintenance a wee bit.

Was good for a one night stay, may even be ok for a few nights. We also ate dinner, and breakfast here as Badami has few on offer.
