1. The property allotted to us was not the same that was listed2. Hygiene at the Rooms was extremely poor: Uncleaned bathrooms, Rooms were not swept, mopped, dustbin had spit/vomit, bedsheet had stain marks, wall was chipped off, room had moulds and smelled of dampness 3. Despite multiple attempts, the owner/manager of the property refused to speak and the housekeeping staff had no clue and was equally helpless 4. The property manager/owner had repeatedly conveyed through the housekeeping staff to cancel the booking and leave the property at odd hours (knowing we were travelling with an infant and senior citizen).5. On the next day, the staff rudely demanded us to check-out of the property from 09:00 am even though the booking indicated a check out time of 11 am.6. null of the assured amenities such as kitchen set up etc. were made available to us
