The property was well maintained, learnt that new management had taken over. The property is well placed in the city with courteous staff. The morning buffet included in the package had a good spread and was delicious. The executive room which we took was spacious even with the additional bed we had taken. The stay was good but still, there are a good amount of improvements they can make. The wifi was very feeble or non-existant in the rooms. The linen was well maintained but the towels were old and can be replaced with new ones.

rooms, cleanliness, housekeeping were very good. cons: in the restaurant, waiters could be more courteous. during the buffet (breakfast)they could be proactive in cleaning the tables after use, refilling the food items when its almost empty, check with the guests about what they need, make fresh dosas & omelettes instead of make them already and serve a soggy/not so fresh items. it looks as if they just do it for the sake of it.

Complimentary Breakfast on 29/12/19 was bad. The curry given with Idli was not good at all. Overall we felt like the quality is compromised because it is free. They have to improve on this. I give overall rating of 5 because the hotel's cleanliness and close proximity to the city center and accessibility. Except the breakfast, the rest was good and our stay was very comfortable.

Nice well maintained property, centrally located in the heart of the town. Restaurant serves decent food. Breakfast spread was average. But the housekeeping service was extremely inefficient. They wud never respond on first call and ways needed 2 to 3 reminders for any request. Also didnt like the fact that the restaurant was serving tea in paper cups with plastic teaspoons.

The hotel is made of beautiful Architecture, looks very luxurious and warm. Rooms are cozy and comfortable. The south Indian breakfast choice is varied an quite tasty too. Staff were helpful though not many staff around dude to covid. The best part was the affordability of the hotel. Situated 10-12km away from Hampi in Hospet.

We booked at peak season, so the prices were high... Otherwise a decent choice in the area. Service was decent, amenities are basic for a 3-star hotel. Breakfast spread is the best part of the stay. They do serve alcohol in the restaurant despite having separate bar, which may be a bit bad for families traveling with kids.

Decent Hotel and good ambience, clean rooms, good staff, tasty food available in restaurant, want to drink then visit the bar in hotel, the only con I can mention is the cost, which is little bit higher side Lift in the hotel, as the lift is built with glass, nice view while lift is moving up or down

Finding a Hotel near Hampi site is difficult. Best location is Hospet and this located near to railway station. The prices of room is so cheap as compare to standard of the hotel. Prices of every other thing including food is economical and that's a great point for long stay.

The hotel & it's services r excellent. Only thing due to which I m not giving 5 star is that television was not operative. I called Room Service for that. They said they r sending someone. But that person never came. Barring this, everything else was very smooth. Thanks.
