The staff is polite and helpful. The Owner personally looks after the operation. Hot water is available round the clock. All complaints are looked into seriously, actions taken and complaints resolved. Food is excellent and made as per requested taste. No need to go outside except for McDonald's etc which can also be ordered by Zomato. Price is ok and value for money. Overall, highly recommended for stay. We stayed for a week with family and found it to be safe and sound. All facilities are available within 100m including pharmacy, regular shops, local market. Being on the road, transportation is not a problem as Auto Rickshaw are available immediately and for long distance trips, hotel arranges for taxi services, which are safe and reliable. Overall, highly recommended for family stay.

the hotel pushed me in having breakfast first saying it as free complimentary and later charged for it and the hotel management spoke very rudely,abusively and unprofessionally to me in the disputed argument that followed
