It was the worst experience ever in my lif . My booking was this month 11 Feb 2023 to 12th Feb 2023 I have booked two rooms here for a peaceful visit at mathura city . At night 11 pm my parents got stucked in their room for 1 hour because their locks was not working properly when I ask for help from the helper over here he himslef also got stuck in the room for half and hour .we demanded any other room but the property owner clearly denied and cutted down phone also . rooms are very much dirty they don't have any cleanliness in their whole property also some of the rooms were smelling ,no proper ventilation as well as we have demanded extra blanket the helper gave us very much dirty blanket . They have provided very much dirty bucket to us which was like they have cleaned some dustbin and handed over to us . So please guys don't book this residency your whole family will be in danger

Service was very poor, bedsheets and blanket were not cleaned. Room is only adequate for 02 people as I had booked for 03 people.
